1. When will my order arrive? What's the minimum spend for free shipping? (購買產品後, 多少天可以收到? 購滿多少數量可以免運費?)

Orders are shipped via SF Express within 5 business days after confirmation, with a confirmation email sent upon order processing. Free shipping applies to orders over HKD $1,500; orders below this threshold incur a shipping fee of HKD $45-60 (if applicable, added at checkout). 3. Does AASTA have physical stores? (請問AASTA有門市嗎?)

To deliver premium products at optimal prices, AASTA currently operates without physical stores in Hong Kong due to rental cost considerations. However, we plan to open a store in Shenzhen in the future.
