Orders are shipped via SF Express within 5 business days after confirmation, with a confirmation email sent upon order processing. Free shipping applies to orders over HKD $1,500; orders below this threshold incur a shipping fee of HKD $45-60 (if applicable, added at checkout). Please note that confirmed orders cannot be cancelled after payment. For payment-related inquiries, contact us via WhatsApp at +852 6439 6059 during office hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00-17:00 GMT+8).

1. Coverage: Delivers to all Hong Kong areas (excluding non-serviceable zones). Service scope: sf-express.com
2. Timeline: Dispatch: Within 5 business days. And 1-2 business days post-dispatch.
