1. Yunnan, China

3. Golden Latitude

Located at 21°-29°N latitude, sharing the same "Coffee Belt" as Colombia and Jamaica.

2024 Food Chemistry study: Yunnan beans contain 22% more furaneol (caramel aroma) vs Colombian. 17% more chlorogenic acid (antioxidant) vs. Jamaican Blue Mountain.

4. High-Altitude Cultivation

Grown at 1,000-1,600 meters above sea level. The significant diurnal temperature range and ample sunlight allow beans to ripen slowly, developing complex flavors.

5. Process│Washed

Washing with Pu'er tea infusion (Baoshan innovation), infusing woody sweetness.
