In reality, he personally sources high-quality beans from diverse origins, and handles everything from roasting and blending to perfecting brewing ratios with professional dedication. When chatting with him over coffee, his passion 🔥 shines through as he introduces each bean’s origin, unique flavor profile, and ideal brewing method. Often, he generously shares his custom blends with friends, prioritizing exceptional quality 👍 over cost 💰.

I’m your editor—a coffee lover 💖 but no expert. I’d call myself a "coffee beginner." Meeting Simon opened my eyes; his insights helped me move beyond simple "tasty/not tasty" reactions. Slowly, I’m learning to distinguish flavor notes and discovering layers I never knew my palate could detect 🌱.

Inspired by Simon’s passion, I joined AASTA to help manage our online 🌐 platform. Through building our website and creating social content, I’m deepening my coffee knowledge while sharing what I learn with fellow enthusiasts like you. I’m AASTA’s editor ~ Ah Ching💁‍♀️. I’m not a professional barista, but after tasting my first great cup of coffee at AASTA, I began exploring the pursuit of coffee flavors.
